Scope
This policy explains how GAP Industries LLC (“GAP Industries,” “GAPi,” “we,” or “us”) handles information collected through gapindustriesllc.com, its forms, automated assistants, demonstrations, and related website features. A signed client agreement, statement of work, data-processing addendum, marketplace term, or product-specific policy may provide additional or controlling terms for a paid service.
Information we collect
- Contact and business information: name, work email, phone, organization, website, and the message or resource request you submit.
- Communication choices: privacy acknowledgement, optional marketing consent, opt-out request, and the type of service or content requested.
- Attribution and technical information: landing page, referring page, campaign parameters, request time, IP address, approximate country, user agent, security signals, and rate-limit events.
- Assistant and demo information: conversation content, a pseudonymous session identifier, and an internal fit or routing classification where a disclosed automated assistant uses those functions.
- Scheduling, product, or transaction information: selected time, support context, product status, transaction identifiers, billing contact details, and limited payment-method display details when a paid surface collects them.
Why we use information
- Deliver requested resources and review, respond to, route, or schedule inquiries.
- Operate a requested website, assistant, demonstration, marketplace, or paid product.
- Send marketing field notes only when permitted, and record or honor opt-out choices.
- Secure, debug, measure, and improve the website and its workflows.
- Maintain business, transaction, security, contractual, dispute, and legal records.
Fit or routing classifications are used to organize business follow-up. They are not used to make automated decisions about credit, insurance, housing, employment, healthcare, or another regulated eligibility decision.
AI and customer data
Some GAP Industries systems use third-party AI services for assistive functions such as drafting, classification, summarization, retrieval, or conversation. Customer-facing automated systems should be disclosed as automated. GAP Industries does not use client business data to train models unless that use is expressly authorized in writing. Provider terms, retention, model settings, and data paths may differ by product or engagement and are documented when relevant.
Do not submit customer records, credentials, payment-card data, regulated information, or other sensitive material through a general website form.
Service providers
Depending on the feature used, information may be processed by:
- Cloudflare for website hosting, request handling, security, logs, and configured storage.
- Resend and Google Workspace for transactional email delivery and business correspondence.
- Stripe for hosted payment processing on paid-product surfaces.
- Google Vertex AI and Anthropic for AI processing on features configured to use those providers.
- Scheduling, CRM, inventory, or other integration providers identified by the relevant feature or client engagement.
Provider privacy terms also apply to their systems. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate a requested service, protect rights or security, complete a transaction, comply with law, or respond to valid legal process. We do not sell personal information or share it with unrelated parties for their own direct marketing.
Payments
When a paid product uses a hosted payment processor, payment-card details are collected by that processor under its own terms. GAP Industries may receive transaction identifiers, status, billing contact details, and limited card-display information such as brand and last four digits. It does not intentionally store full card numbers or security codes on this website.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the category and purpose. Inquiry and correspondence records are kept while the request is active and for a reasonable business-record period afterward. Marketing records are kept until opt-out and as needed to maintain suppression. Transaction, contract, security, and dispute records may be kept longer when reasonably required. Product-specific agreements may set a different schedule. We aim to avoid keeping personal information longer than the stated purpose, security, contract, or law reasonably requires.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit collection on the new campaign forms. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided, withdraw optional marketing consent, or object to a fit or routing classification by emailing sales@gapindustriesllc.com. You may opt out of marketing by replying to a marketing message or using another clear method included with that message. We may need to verify a request and may retain records when required for security, contracts, disputes, suppression, or law. Additional rights may apply based on where you live.
Children
This business-to-business site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the site, providers, and services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
