These terms govern your use of gapindustriesllc.com, operated by GAP Industries LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. Product-specific terms, marketplace rules, signed service agreements, statements of work, and privacy notices may apply to other surfaces or paid services.

No service agreement through a form
Submitting a form, requesting a call, receiving a worksheet, using a demonstration, or exchanging preliminary messages does not create a services agreement or require either party to proceed. A paid engagement begins only under written terms accepted by the parties.
Pricing, scope, and timelines
Website prices are current starting points and may change. Proposals and signed agreements control the actual scope, price, dependencies, timeline, acceptance criteria, component rights, licenses, expenses, and correction terms.
GAP Revenue Path Checkup
The GAP Revenue Path Checkup is a one-time $149 remote service. It includes one 45-minute working session concerning one idea-to-launch or lead-to-appointment path and one written Revenue Path Map identifying three prioritized actions. It does not include implementation, account creation, a website build, managed marketing, regulated professional advice, ongoing support, or a promised business outcome. Accepting the purchase acknowledgement and completing Stripe Checkout creates the written agreement for this bounded product.
GAP Industries uses the checkout email to coordinate scheduling. A buyer may request a full refund before the scheduled session begins. After a session begins, the fee is non-refundable except that GAP Industries will reschedule or refund the purchase if it cannot complete the agreed session and written map. If a buyer misses a scheduled session without notice, GAP Industries may offer one reschedule; a refund is not guaranteed for reserved time that the buyer misses. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
No business-outcome guarantee
GAP Industries does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, appointments, sales, revenue, cost savings, adoption, or third-party platform performance. Any delivery commitment for paid work is limited to the written scope and agreement.
Intellectual property
The site’s original text, design, graphics, code, marks, and materials are owned by GAP Industries or used with permission. You may view and print materials for internal evaluation. You may not sell, republish, scrape at scale, remove notices, or present the materials as your own without written permission. Client component rights are governed by the applicable SOW, not this website statement.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, interfere with service, impersonate another person, violate law, or provide information you lack authority to share. Do not submit sensitive customer records, credentials, or payment-card data through general contact forms.
Marketplace and listing management
For any GAP Industries marketplace or listing surface, GAP Industries may remove, hold, decline, or request changes to a listing for quality, completeness, policy, safety, legal, or operational reasons. Allowing a listing to remain does not mean GAP Industries has verified, inspected, endorsed, or guaranteed the listing, the item, the information, or a party to a possible transaction. Product-specific marketplace terms control when they apply.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to or rely on third-party platforms. Their availability, security, content, and terms are outside GAP Industries’ control. A link does not by itself constitute endorsement.
Disclaimers and limitation
The public website and free materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. GAP Industries does not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, GAP Industries is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of this public site.
Governing law and changes
