Garrett Pifer is the owner and principal builder at GAP Industries LLC, where he applies firsthand dealership experience to workflow design, web development, custom software, and practical AI systems.
The work started before the software.
I learned dealership operations by living inside them: taking leads, working deals, navigating F&I, managing handoffs, and seeing how small process failures compound across a day. That experience shapes the way I build now.
The goal is not to force AI into every corner of a business. It is to find repetitive work that steals attention, define the places where human judgment must remain in control, and create a system people can actually use.
