Useful measures may include source capture rate, time to assignment, time to first valid attempt, percentage of leads with a next action, stale-lead volume, appointment confirmation, show status, closed-loop disposition, and exception volume. The exact metric definitions must be documented.
No sales or revenue outcome is guaranteed. A credible improvement claim requires a defined baseline, stable measurement method, comparable time period, and known changes outside the workflow.
