In-house contract signing and document automation. Built into every GAP Industries platform. No DocuSign tax, no Adobe Sign tax, no monthly per-user fees. Your domain, your branding, your data, your signature trail.
You sign one client to your services. They sign three documents. Then you build them a $10,000 sales department, and to handle the paperwork inside it, you're suddenly paying:
Worst part: your contracts live on their domain. Your customers sign at secure.docusign.com — not your brand, their brand. You never own the audit trail. You can't query it. You can't connect it to your CRM without paying for the Zapier-tier integration. And if you cancel, your data goes with them.
GAP Sign is GAP Industries' in-house contract signing system, built into the same platform as your CRM, your customer portal, and your document storage. It's not a third party. It's not a SaaS subscription. It's code we wrote that runs on your stack.
Your customer clicks a signing link and lands at yourbusiness.com/sign/abc123 — not secure.docusign.com/some-id. Your logo, your colors, your fonts. The email they receive comes from your domain with your DKIM signature. The PDF they download is branded for your business.
This isn't cosmetic. Every "secure.docusign.com" interaction is a moment your customer is reminded they're dealing with two companies, not one. GAP Sign removes that friction — the entire experience feels like one company because it is.

✓ Signed & securedEvery signing event is logged with the IP address, browser fingerprint, geolocation, and exact UTC timestamp. The signed PDF is hashed (SHA-256), the hash is stored separately, and any modification breaks the seal. The audit log is exportable as JSON or PDF.
This is built to ESIGN Act and UETA standards — the same legal frameworks DocuSign relies on. The signature is binding in all 50 US states.
When the client signs, your CRM updates. The lead moves to "Signed." The deal value is captured. The signing date is recorded. The PDF is filed in their record. The next email in the sequence triggers automatically.
No Zapier middleman. No "integration tier" upsell. No webhook to debug. It's all the same database. The CRM and the signing tool are sibling tables, not separate products.

Skippy-Docs is the storage and template layer underneath GAP Sign. It's where your contracts, proposals, NDAs, change orders, and any other client-facing document live. Each document supports:

GAP Sign and Skippy-Docs are included with the Standard $10K Build at no additional cost. They're not a separate SaaS subscription, they're not a per-seat fee, they're not "available in the next tier" — they're modules in the same platform you're already paying for.
For clients on the $4,500 30-day Special Engagement, GAP Sign isn't included by default (the scope is narrower) but can be added as a change order. Quote ranges $1,500–$2,500 depending on volume of templates and integrations.
GAP Sign is built on the same architecture as every other module in the GAP Industries platform — your domain, your branding, your data, full SHA-256-sealed audit trail. It's the future signing surface for every GAP Industries engagement, including ours with you.
Once your platform is built, the same flow works for your client agreements, NDAs, sales orders, financing applications, vendor agreements, employee handbooks — anything that needs a signature without paying $40/user/month to DocuSign forever.
v0.5 (now): Architecture spec is complete. Core schema, signing-page wireframe, Brevo email pipeline, ESIGN/UETA legal disclosure, audit-trail design — all documented and ready to ship.
v1 (next Standard Build): Full signing flow on your domain, multi-signer support, SHA-256-sealed PDFs, ESIGN/UETA-compliant audit trail. Ships as a built-in module of the next Standard $10K Build, at no add-on cost to you.
v2 (Q3 2026): Bulk-send wizard, advanced templating with conditional logic, white-label resale (your customers can sign on YOUR domain too).
It's automatically included with the Standard $10K Build. Book a 20-min walkthrough — we'll show you the live signing flow on theboatbroker.com.
