Who We Are
GAP Marketplace is a product of GAP Industries LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (EIN 42-2273414) based in Lake Havasu City, AZ. GAP Industries builds business-operating software for local and regional businesses — and the marketplace is one of its products, built on the same platform infrastructure that powers GAP's other tools.
We built GAP Marketplace because buying and selling a boat in the Havasu and Phoenix region shouldn't require navigating national platforms built for a different market. We're local, we know the area, and we're building something specific to it.
Why We Built It
The high-ticket watercraft market in Lake Havasu City and the Phoenix area is active and underserved by existing listing platforms. Buyers struggle to find locally-held inventory without calling dealerships one by one. Sellers — dealers and private parties alike — lack a clean, no-nonsense place to reach serious local buyers.
GAP Marketplace is built to close that gap: a clean search experience, honest listings, and a direct connection between buyer and seller without the noise of a national platform that doesn't know the difference between a Lake Havasu wake boat and a Phoenix show yacht.
Where We Are Today
GAP Marketplace is new. We're launching with sample listings while we onboard dealers in Lake Havasu City and the Phoenix area. Sample listings illustrate the types of boats and price ranges available in this market — they are labeled clearly and do not represent specific boats currently for sale.
As real dealer inventory comes online, it replaces the samples. Real listings will be clearly identified as current dealer inventory. We think transparency about where we are today is worth more than a fake “thousands of listings” story — so we're telling you the true one.

GAP Marketplace is a listing platform. It is not a dealer, broker, agent, or escrow service. GAP Marketplace is not a party to any sale. When a buyer inquires on a listing, GAP Marketplace connects that buyer with the seller or with available inventory. The buyer and seller are the parties to any resulting transaction. GAP Marketplace does not participate in, facilitate, or guarantee any transaction.
